What we collect

From the free audit tool: the business name or Google Maps URL you paste, and (optionally) your email address if you request the report by email. We do not require an account to run an audit.

From accounts (when authenticated):your email, name, and phone number. If you connect your Google Business Profile, we receive an OAuth refresh token that lets us read your reviews, posts, and Q&A on your behalf, and (with your one-tap approval over SMS) reply to them.

From third parties: public Google Business Profile data via the Google Places API. We do not collect data from social networks or buy data from brokers.

How we use it

Who we share it with

We use a small set of subprocessors: Supabase (database + auth), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (LLM drafting), Google (Business Profile + Places APIs), Twilio (SMS), Resend (email), Stripe (billing), Inngest (background jobs). We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Audits and leads: 24 months from creation. Account data and review history: as long as your account is active, plus 90 days after cancellation. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@front-desk.tech. We will respond within 30 days.

Google API services disclosure

Frontdesk's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
